First, Let me introduce my “next” target

The 2005 Lotus Elise
Ferrari fun at sedan pricing
At only 1,975 pounds, the startlingly high-performance Elise has a
number of qualities that place it on par with many supercars, including
lightness and balance. With a 0-to-60 time of 4.9 seconds and
characteristically precise Lotus handling, the car rockets through
twisties and sticks to the road like asphalt itself. It has precious
few amenities—which is partly why it’s so light—but oozes
performance-enhancing technology, including composite body panels, an
extruded aluminum chassis that weighs just 150 pounds, and aerodynamics
that suck the car roadward at high speeds. Price? An unlikely $40,900.
We’ll take two …
