Southwest kicked her off board, but she get on board of - PLAYBOY

There are two questions Kyla Ebbert
is asked constantly after nearly being kicked off a Southwest Airlines
flight because the airline staff thought her outfit was too revealing.
The first: Were you wearing panties under your skirt? The second: Has
Playboy contacted you? (Continued below.)

The answer, to both, is yes. And when Playboy asked her to pose, Kyla’s answer also was, “Yes.”

In July at San Diego’s airport, a Southwest employee asked Kyla to
change her outfit — a miniskirt, a sweater over a tank-top and high
heels — or get off the plane. Kyla had already boarded the flight from
San Diego to Tucson. She didn’t have any other clothes to change into
because she was returning the same day. After Kyla adjusted her clothes
to cover herself up more, the Southwest employee relented and let Kyla
take the flight. She concealed herself even more with a blanket during
the flight, but was understandably humiliated by the experience.
Ironically, after all, most observers thought her ensemble was no more
revealing than the average summer outfit of any college girl.

The media pounced on the story, and Kyla found herself modeling the offending clothes everywhere from The Today Show to The Ellen Degeneres Show.
Richard Branson told Kyla she was welcome anytime on his Virgin
Airlines. “I definitely have a new airline of choice,” says Kyla, who
had been a dedicated Southwest traveler before the incident.

Thankfully, there were no incidents when Kyla flew American to Chicago
for her Playboy shoot. Kyla says her whole experience posing for
Playboy was a dream come true. “I’ve wanted to do it since I turned
18,” she says. “The Playboy shoot was amazing.”

Given her troubles in the skies, we felt obliged to ask one final
probing question. “Yes, I am a member of the mile high club,” Kyla
says. “And no, it was not on Southwest. It was on a private plane.”
