gasoline prices. It was crude’s third straight record session. Oil is
up 31% on the year, though still well below its inflation-adjusted
record, set in 1980, of more than $101.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 133.23 to 13424.88. The S&P
500 added 12.39 to 1483.95, and the Nasdaq Composite Index rose 8.99 to
2601.06.
